Q. What is your warranty?
A. Good investments are products you can count on. We have extensive
warrantees with our products,and live by the motto that if something is not right,
we will fix it.We offer the antique reproduction of furniture in the marketplace
and have one of the largest product development groups in the industry.Your D.M.Exporters
furniture has been created with authentic details and finishes that reflect Old
World craftsmanship. Slight imperfections in wood are natures way of marking
each unique tree and are part of the inherent beauty of the rich figured wood we
hand select for every piece. Some wood will oxidize over time and may lighten from
the original color.
Q.What if I need specific information such as Pricing,
dimensions?
A. We have three options to assist you in gathering additional information
on specific furniture that you are interested in purchasing. You may either visit
one of your local dealers, send your request, via e-mail or you can contact us directly
on these numbers 0151-2250732-37.
Q.Does D.M.Exporters have outlet stores?
A. D.M.Exporters operates a outlet store in the city of Jaipur about 315 Km
from the site of the companys original plant . The outlet services local business
only, and does not accommodate phone sales or facilitate shipping. All sales must
be picked up locally by the customer.

Q.What are your showroom hours and how do I get
there?

Q.Can we request Custom Sizes?
A. Yes. Almost any request can be met since all our products are made to order.
For example, you can request a longer drop on your comforter if you have an extra
deep mattress.
Q.What all finishes I can get for my furniture?
A.While each item has standard finishes, most of our items are available in any
of our finishes. Contact us for any special orders or requests.
